Key facts

• Elections every two years
• Three committee members per term
• Term of office: two years

Requirements

• Membership in FdC
• Previous experience in Care work within FdC
• Interest in a long-term commitment (at least two years)
• Willingness to take responsibility, collaborate in a team, and contribute to organizational development
• Sufficient time to participate actively

Election process

• Candidates introduce themselves.
• Members of the association elect the committee during the General Assembly.

Being part of the Care Committee requires commitment and time, but it also offers the opportunity to actively shape the future development of the association.
